Returns & Exchanges 

In the event, the Items delivered to you any of the following items:

• Items that are physically damaged or defective;
• Items that varies from the description;
• Items that are wrongly delivered;
• Wrong Color;
• Wrong Style;
• Wrong Size; or
• Wrong Quantity;

We will replace the items with new items of your choice in accordance with this Policy.

If you have size or fitting issue you can exchange the product within 15 days of delivery. For all exchanges and replacement please email our customer care executive at support@capsulatees.com along with your complete order details and issues. We will pick the product from your doorstep and ship you the required order once we receive the shipment. There will be no extra shipping charge levied by us. We can help you in exchanging the original order with new one of same value.

RETURN POLICY

• Customers can return their order within 15 days of the order delivery. 
• All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
• The product amount will be credited back to User account or Discount coupons will be issued, once we have received the products and quality check is done.
• Refund of shipping and COD charges is NOT applicable .
• To self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service. Please share shipping details on registered email id with your Order ID mentioned.
• Note: For replacement, kindly follow the return procedure for the product you want to replace and then use the store credit/discount coupon we give you in CAPSULA Website to place the order for the new product.
• Only the Purchased Amount will be refunded as a Discount coupon to the Customer.
• Incase of manufacturing defects, Customers are requested to share an image/video of the product received for verification purpose. We can process a replacement/ return only after a verification process is completed.

Shipping:

All online shipping is free.

Please note for all Cash on Delivery Orders, a Cash On delivery Charge of Rs 50/- shall be added to the final amount in addition to the aforementioned Shipping Charges.
